DT'S Plankton Farm Sales Policy

DT's Plankton Farm supplies distributors who supply retail outlets and sells direct to retailers if the retail outlet is unable or unwilling to buy from our distributor.

Retail outlets need to be in the aquarium business and not just have a tax number.

DT's Plankton Farm does not sell directly to the public because we feel that it is unethical to be in competition with the outlets that sell our product.

We ask hobbyists to please check with aquarium stores listed in our store finder service and for stores listed in your local directory before you contact us for help. If you cannot find a local source, you should contact us to find an internet outlet/mail order outlet. We recommend always using local outlets and it should be noted that live phytoplankton is expensive to ship. If you contact us for help we need to know where you are. We will only recommend mail order outlets or a local store if we know of one based on location. Please realize that because we sell through distributors, many or our outlets are not listed in our store finder.
